Resource & Routine Webinar
Wednesday, October 12 from 7:00-8:00 pm EST.
Complimentary Event

What is an irregular word, high-frequency word, or "sight" word? Let's discuss it and see how we can adjust our instruction to better support how we know individuals learn to read and spell. Research has shown that memorization is not the best way to go! So what can we do differently?

Attendees will be given a preview of the resource Once Upon an Irregular and High-Frequency Word. The routine for implementing the pages in the book will be modeled and practiced. Attention to moving away from memorizing words and moving into analyzing meaningful parts, word origins, and the importance of using a speech-to-print approach will be discussed.

All attendees will be given a discount code for the resource! No purchase is necessary to attend the event. Please note that this resource and the content shared are protected by copyright.

**This event will NOT be recorded.
